Terms & Conditions – jl689

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with jl689's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the jl689 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl689 with respect to your use of the platform.

2.2 By completing the jl689 account registration process and checking the acceptance box, or by continuing to use the jl689 platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current form.

2.3 jl689 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at jl689.vip/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or account notification. Continued use of the platform following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 These Terms are published in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. Translations, if provided, are for informational convenience only and do not supersede the English version.

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the jl689 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or requires a separate license not held by jl689;
• Not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of jl689, or of jl689's game providers or payment processors, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest;
• Not be subject to a jl689 self-exclusion order, a PAGCOR exclusion order, or any other regulatory exclusion from gambling;
• Be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

3.2 jl689 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jl689 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

3.3 If jl689 determines at any point that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this clause, jl689 reserves the right to immediately close the Player's account, void any pending bets, forfeit any Bonus Balance, and return Real Money Balance deposits (net of any winnings derived from ineligible play) at jl689's discretion and subject to applicable law.

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active jl689 account. The existence of multiple accounts attributable to the same individual — whether identified through shared device fingerprints, shared payment methods, shared IP addresses, shared household addresses, or other indicators — is strictly prohibited. jl689 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void associated balances.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information. All information provided during jl689 account registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl689 account credentials, including your username and password. jl689 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jl689 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.4 Account Transfer Prohibited. Your jl689 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate closure of the account.

4.5 KYC Verification. jl689 conducts KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. jl689 may suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC review.

4.6 Account Closure. You may request closure of your jl689 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5.1 jl689 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jl689's discretion and will be reflected on the jl689 deposits page.

5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jl689 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your jl689 account. jl689 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

5.4 Deposits made to jl689 are for the purpose of gaming on the platform only. jl689 does not offer banking, investment, or money transmission services. Deposits are not interest-bearing and are not insured.

5.5 jl689 processes GCash and PayMaya deposits in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the schedules of the relevant Philippine financial institution. jl689 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.

6.1 jl689 processes withdrawal requests to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, jl689 may direct the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method in the Player's name.

6.2 Target Processing Time. jl689's target processing time for standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests is 1 to 2 hours from submission. This is an operational target and not a contractual guarantee. Actual processing times may be affected by KYC verification requirements, payment processor availability, compliance review, or system maintenance. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to respective banking processing schedules.

6.3 KYC Condition. Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification. jl689 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds under Philippine AML regulations.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Balance and winnings derived from Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unconverted Bonus Balance may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.5 jl689 does not charge Player withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests via supported Philippine payment methods. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, over which jl689 has no control.

6.6 jl689 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal that is subject to a compliance review, suspected fraudulent activity, technical error, or ongoing dispute. jl689 will communicate the reason for any such action to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 jl689 offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty program benefits. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited on jl689:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements (including low-risk betting patterns or matched betting using jl689 promotions);
• Colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms;
• Providing false registration information to qualify for promotions.

7.4 jl689 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified. Accounts involved in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

7.5 jl689 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Modifications will not affect bonuses already actively in use subject to fulfilled terms.

8.1 All games offered on the jl689 platform operate under individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

8.2 All game outcomes on jl689 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by real-time physical outcomes for live dealer games. jl689's RNG certification is maintained in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or error affecting a game outcome, jl689 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. jl689 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures outside its reasonable control.

8.4 Decisions made by jl689 with respect to the interpretation of game rules, the outcome of disputed rounds, and the application of these Terms are final, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulatory appeals processes.

8.5 Players must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the gaming experience of other Players, particularly in live dealer environments. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at jl689 dealers, support staff, or other Players is grounds for immediate account suspension.

9.1 jl689 provides the following responsible gaming tools on all accounts, accessible at any time without requiring approval:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the Player.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable time-based reminders during active gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications informing Players of elapsed session time and net gaming results.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the jl689 platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or permanently.

9.2 Self-Exclusion Policy. When a Player activates a Self-Exclusion on jl689, access to the account is immediately suspended for the duration specified. jl689 will use reasonable measures to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. A Player who circumvents a Self-Exclusion by opening a new account is in breach of these Terms. jl689 will void any activity conducted through a circumventing account and may report the matter to PAGCOR.

9.3 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, jl689 encourages you to seek assistance through the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Helpline or through other recognised problem gambling support services available in the Philippines. jl689's Responsible Gaming page provides further guidance.

9.4 jl689 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where internal monitoring suggests the Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm — including but not limited to limiting deposits, imposing session limits, or initiating a mandatory cooling-off period.

10.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jl689 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit platform features;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after gaming transactions have been processed;
• Laundering money or using jl689 to conduct any activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) or related regulations;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Attempting to gain access to the accounts of other Players;
• Colluding with other Players in live games or multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or payment method ownership to jl689.

10.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, jl689 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

11.1 All content on the jl689 platform — including but not limited to the jl689 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jl689 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl689 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any jl689 platform content without prior written authorisation.

11.3 Any unauthorised use of jl689 intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or framing the platform — may result in legal action.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl689's liability to any Player is limited to the Real Money Balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

12.2 jl689 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of the jl689 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm.

12.3 jl689 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system failures, network outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. jl689 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jl689's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13.1 jl689's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the jl689 Privacy Policy, available at jl689.vip/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 By registering with jl689, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

13.3 jl689 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

14.1 jl689 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published at jl689.vip/terms-conditions and will take effect upon publication unless a different effective date is specified.

14.2 For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — jl689 will provide advance notice through account notifications or email to registered Players where practicable. Players who do not agree with the amended Terms should cease use of the jl689 platform and may request account closure.

14.3 Your continued use of the jl689 platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and jl689, you should first contact jl689 support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. jl689 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution or complaints handling process, in accordance with jl689's licensing obligations.

15.4 For disputes not resolved through informal means or PAGCOR process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.5 Nothing in this clause prevents jl689 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
